Tap New, type where you're going and pick your dates. Add trip types such as Beach or Business, and anything you already know you'll forget, then tap Build checklist. Manifest writes a packing list for the trip.
Tap Scan and take a photo of a boarding pass, or pick an airline app screenshot or confirmation email from your photos. Manifest reads the barcode and text on your iPhone and fills in the flight, airports, date, seat and more. Give the details a quick check. The photo is never uploaded.
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence turned on, Apple's on-device model writes a list for your destination and trip types. Otherwise Manifest uses its own built-in list. You can add, remove and reorganise items any time.
Tap an item to check it and tap again to uncheck it. Uncheck all resets the list, and Edit lets you remove items. Changes sync to your other devices.
On the Trips screen, press and hold the big packing ring and say the item, for example "phone charger". You can also tap the microphone next to the text box.
After a trip, open Retro and swipe through what you packed: used it or dead weight. Manifest learns your baseline from that. Gaps then flags things you've packed on three or more past trips but haven't added to the current one.
On travel days the flight card has a Check button that searches for your flight's latest status. Always confirm gates and times with your airline.
The Simple switch at the top hides the weather, gaps, trip types and hints, and keeps trips, the checklist and your flight.
On the Trips screen, tap Out, then Delete account… and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all your trips right away.
Make sure you signed in the same way as before (Apple or Google, with the same account). Trips made with one don't appear under the other. Then check that you're online, then pull down on the Trips screen to refresh.
