Terms of Use — Manifest

Effective date: September 17, 2026 Contact: pixxlpickle@gmail.com

These terms apply to the Manifest iPhone app. By creating an account or using Manifest, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Manifest.

1. Apple's license agreement

Manifest is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.

2. Your license to use Manifest

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Manifest for your own travel planning. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell Manifest, interfere with the service that stores your trips, or try to access other people's data.

3. Your account

4. Your content

The trips, packing items, notes and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Manifest for you, including through the service providers named in the Privacy Policy. Photos you scan are read on your iPhone and are not uploaded. Your trips are private to your account and are not shared with other users.

5. Suggestions and flight information

Manifest is a planning aid, not an official source of travel information.

We are not responsible for missed flights, forgotten items, denied boarding, or other travel problems that result from relying on Manifest.

6. Price

Manifest is free and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. If that changes, the price will be shown before you're asked to pay, and these terms will be updated.

7. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is used.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering Manifest or any feature at any time, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we plan to shut Manifest down, we will give reasonable notice so you can copy your lists. We may also update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. If you keep using Manifest after an update, you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, travel costs, or missed travel, arising from your use of or inability to use Manifest. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manifest and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of Manifest, the content you add, or your violation of these terms.

12. Dispute resolution

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claim that is not arbitrated will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

14. Ownership

Manifest, including its name, design, and code, is owned by its developer and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with Apple's license agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Manifest. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
